EASTERN DIAMOND · LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Website use, commercial enquiries and the basis for discussing supply with Eastern Diamond.
1. Who we are & scope
Eastern Diamond is the website brand of الماس شرقی راه روشن انزلی. This website presents base oils, bitumen, petrochemicals, industrial equipment and related trade and logistics enquiries. These website terms do not replace a separately agreed supply or service contract.
2. RFQs, LOIs & contract formation
Submitting a website RFQ, freight request, chat message or generated LOI does not itself place an order, reserve stock, book transport or create a payment obligation. Automated receipts and reference numbers acknowledge receipt only. Indicative website prices and estimates are not firm offers. A binding transaction requires separately agreed written terms between authorised parties; any expressly agreed binding provisions of a separate LOI remain unaffected.
3. Specifications, quality & safe handling
Product descriptions, images and technical tables are general references, not batch-specific guarantees or evidence of certification. Confirm the exact grade, origin, test methods, tolerances, inspection and acceptance criteria in the transaction documents. Review the applicable specification, certificate of analysis and safety data sheet before use. Buyers must assess suitability for their application and arrange appropriate handling, storage and transport; this does not remove the supplier’s agreed obligations.
4. Packing, freight & tracking
Drum, container and loading visualisations are planning estimates based on entered quantities, density and packing assumptions. Actual capacity depends on packaging, temperature, gross weight, equipment limits and carrier requirements. A freight request is not a booking or confirmed rate. Tracking displays reported milestones, not a guaranteed live location or arrival time. Final arrangements require written confirmation by the responsible parties.
5. Commercial terms & compliance
Price, currency, taxes, payment, delivery, insurance, title, claims, cancellation and remedies must be agreed for each transaction. Any Incoterms rule must identify its edition and named place or port; it does not by itself settle all contract terms. Transactions remain subject to applicable trade, customs, safety and sanctions requirements. Do not send payment until the contract and beneficiary details have been verified through a trusted company contact.
6. Accounts, submissions & acceptable use
Provide accurate information and submit requests only for yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent. Protect your login and report suspected misuse. Customer registration does not grant access to the private staff panel. Do not impersonate others, upload malicious or unlawfully obtained material, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the service, subject to applicable law.
7. Website tools, privacy & responsibility
The contract builder produces a working draft, not legal advice or an executed agreement. Obtain appropriate legal and technical review before relying on any draft or calculation. Website content may contain errors or become outdated; report discrepancies before acting. Third-party links do not imply endorsement. Respect rights in company branding and third-party material. Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Agreements, updates & contact
A separately agreed transaction contract governs its commercial subject matter. Governing law, dispute forum and any controlling contract language must be settled in that agreement; this draft does not select them. Website updates do not automatically amend existing contracts. Translations assist understanding; ask us to clarify discrepancies before agreement. For questions, corrections or complaints, contact info@diamondglobalgroups.com.
